Such a Long Time

So I realize it has been so long that I'v put anything on my blog!! Neal and I have just been so busy with life, I forget to take the time to write things down!! But some interesting things since the last entry are that we are completely settled into our new home and that is wonderful! I won a front loading washer and dryer that we've had sitting in our garage for a couple months and Neal was able to move them up yesterday so I'm totally loving that! We got the 1st time homebuyer $8,000 check in the mail a few weeks ago, now if that is not a rush to hold that much money in your hands, I don't know what is!! But unfortunatley it went to paying off our second mortgage and all the other small debt we've aquired with going to England, Florida and those things, so it wasn't really fun money but it sure does feel great to have no debt other than a car and a house! Neal is doing great being on full time at the Fire Department, I'm so proud of him and all he has to see and deal with. What a strong person. We found out just last week that my brother Stu and his wife Janae are about to add a beautiful little girl to their already beautiful family in July. We are so excited to welcome little Samantha Grace to our family! And one of the most memorable things we were able to experience was to witness my mother finally be sealed to her parents who have passed away. She's been working really hard to get their work done and we were all able to be there, with the exception of my little brother who is not endowed yet. I cannot begin to explain what a wonderful experience that was. Stuart got to take the place of my grand dad, and I was able to take the place of my nanny. That was the greatest thing ever! My uncle Ali who passed away three years ago was also able to be sealed then and it just felt to great to know that they were no longer waiting and could accept what had just been done and move on! I'm so glad for the Temple and the very sacred work that takes place there. It's amazing to think that through our covenants we will be a family forever. What a relief and also such an exciting thing to live for! Well, now I've gotten all caught up, I will be posting some pictures of our home next!
